Health Transformers

In 2020/21, the Paediatric Obesity Health Transformers Committee will oversee the state-wide implementation of the Model of åCare – Towards Healthy Growth and Weight in Queensland Children – a practical approach to Prevention, Treatment and Education for tackling childhood obesity.
